Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel unveiled the logo for the Financial Digitalization Literacy program, organized by Media International and promoted by Nepal Rastra Bank. He highlighted the increased importance of digitalization post-COVID-19 for creating a digital economy and facilitating smoother economic activities. Paudel praised Media International’s contributions to financial literacy. Bishmaraj Dhungana, Chairperson of the Securities Board of Nepal, noted the shift to digital platforms in capital market activities. Deputy Governor Bam Bahadur Mishra emphasized the need for financial literacy to strengthen the economy. Representatives from various financial sectors commended Media International’s role in promoting economic empowerment. The Financial Digitalization Literacy program, recently launched, aims to enhance financial awareness and was inaugurated on May 23 by the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank.
